Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the cabins; evidence of smoking will result in a charge to your credit card for cleanup. You are welcome to smoke outside or on the decks/porches. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Smoking in the cabins will result in a minimum of $200 charge to the credit card on file. There will be no exceptions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Silver Wind RV Park and Cabins is in no way liable for any loss or damage due to fire, wind, theft, accident or any other cause to the personal possessions of tenant or their guests.
Owner reserves the right to change rules without notice.
No BBQ Grills allowed on cabin porches or inside cabins.
EV Charging is allowed at $25.00 per day additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be given if a daily/weekly reservation is canceled at least 10 days before the arrival date.
A 50% refund will be given if a daily/weekly reservation is canceled less than 10 days before the arrival date.
Holiday/special event reservations require a 21-day notice for a full refund, and no refunds will be given otherwise.
There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the check-in day.
A $25.00 minimum cancellation fee applies to all reservations.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome.
Breeds allowed are at the discretion of management. No aggressive dogs.
Pets are not allowed in bathhouse or laundry cabin.
A pet fee of $25 per pet, per stay applies.
Additional Policies
Full payment required at time of check in for daily and weekly guests.
1st month payment required at time of reservation.
Monthly guest payments are in due full on the same day as your arrival date each month.
Check-In time 2:00 pm.
Check-out time 11:00 am.
Maximum guests per site is 6.
Late Check Out Fee: This fee gives guests the flexabilty to extend their stay beyong standard check out time,while compensating the RV park with for the inconvience caused in room turnover.
There is a minimum late check out fee of $25.00.
For rooms exceeding the standard occupancy,an extra person fee is charged to cover the amentities and services. Additional Fee per person after 2 is $10.00
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning. Cost for damaged or missing linens, dishes etc. may be charged to the customer’s account at the discretion of Management.
