RV & Tent Sites
Payments
- Full payment required at time of check in for daily and weekly guests.
- 1st month payment required at time of reservation.
- Monthly guest payments are in due full on the same day as your arrival date each month.
- Check-In time 1:00 pm.
- Check-out time 11:30 am.
- Maximum guests per site is 6.
Refunds / Cancellations
- A full refund will be given if daily/weekly reservation cancelled at least 10 days ahead of your arrival date.
- A 50% refund will be given if daily/weekly reservation is cancelled less then 10 days of your arrival date.
- A full refund will be given for monthly reservations cancelled at least 14 days ahead of your arrival date.
- A 50% refund will be given if monthly reservation is cancelled less then 14 days ahead of your arrival date.
- A 7 Day notice will be required for ending a long-term reservation, no fees apply.
- Holiday Reservations require a 14-day notice for full refund and will not be refunded otherwise.
- There is a $25.00 Minimum Cancellation Fee on all reservations..
general Rules
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Please place all garbage in dumpsters.
- Pets are welcome.
- Breeds allowed are at the discretion of management. No aggressive dogs.
- Pets are not allowed in bathhouse or laundry cabin.
- No smoking in cabins.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Silver Wind RV Park and Cabins is in no way liable for any loss or damage due to fire, wind, theft, accident or any other cause to the personal possessions of tenant or their guests.
- Owner reserves the right to change rules without notice.
